Teen Therapy

Empowering teens with support tailored for them.

Let’s be real—being a teenager is a lot. Between school stress, friend drama, family stuff, figuring out who you are, and just trying to keep it all together, it can feel overwhelming. Life’s changing fast, and sometimes it’s hard to keep up.

Therapy can be a place where you hit pause, breathe, and talk things out without judgment. Whether you're dealing with school pressure, friend or relationship issues, big life changes, anxiety, feeling low, or just feeling off—you don’t have to handle it alone.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to build skills that actually help—like handling stress, setting boundaries, expressing yourself, and feeling more in control of your emotions.

Starting therapy can feel weird or even a little intimidating—especially when you're expected to talk to someone you’ve never met. I get it. Building trust takes time, and that’s okay. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. I bring your interests—whether it’s music, art, nature, gaming, or something totally unique to you—into our sessions to help make therapy feel more like your space. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.

Whatever you're going through, therapy can help you figure it out—and feel more like you again.
