Big feelings can be hard for little ones to express—and even harder for parents to navigate alone. If your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional outbursts, changes at home or school, or seems overwhelmed and shut down, therapy can help.

In a safe, supportive setting, your child will learn to better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence—all at a pace that works for them. Through evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approaches, we will work together to support your child’s growth and emotional well-being.

I work closely with caregivers to provide support, tools, and insight that help strengthen connection and communication at home. I also do my best to meet your child where they’re at—whether they’re into music, art, nature, or gaming (confession: I don’t know much about Roblox or whatever the latest games are... but I’m always willing to learn!). Bringing your child’s interests into our sessions helps make therapy feel more approachable, engaging, and safe for them.

Sessions are available in person or via secure telehealth, depending on what works best for your family.
